New to working out or starting back up after a long break? Come as you are and give our workouts a try without having to jump into group classes head first. There is no room for intimidation at Rebellion Fitness. Attend our free trial New Member Orientation class to learn all about our gym, available equipment, common exercises, and modifications that will work for you and help you reach your fitness goals in an encouraging, no-pressure environment. Feel free to ask questions, take the workout at your own pace, and discuss your abilities with Rebellion Fitness owner and coach, Kyle.

Not every gym has the owner ready and available to welcome every prospective member. Rebellion Fitness is unique in that way. Owner Kyle is excited to answer questions, provide a fitness assessment, and discuss fitness and health goals to determine if Rebellion Fitness is right for you. Our philosophy is that starting with a good basic foundation provides solid ground for growth and improvement. Kyle will discuss basic movements and exercises you will see in every class and help build a fitness assessment profile that is shared with all of our coaches so they can better assist you in classes. What is Crossfit?

Crossfit delivers a fitness program that is, by design; broad, general, and inclusive.

I am a Crossfitter travelling to Birmingham and would love to drop-in. Can I and how much does it cost?

At this time we are not accepting drop ins. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I cannot crossFit because I don't want to aggravate back or neck pain from previous injuries.

Numerous clients of ours have come through the doors with previous injuries or tweaks and found relief from the pain by strengthening the muscles around the problem area.

Can I get a good workout in under 30 minutes?

Yes, this is absolutely what we strongly believe in.

I am afraid I will get too big and bulky?

In order for people to get bigger, especially women, there are two things that you would have to make a concerted effort to do.

I have to get in shape first before I start?

We are here and offer scaling options for each individual so that you can thrive in each workout on a personal level. Fitness is a lifelong journey, we are never really “there”.
