After 8 months at CFR I can highly recommend it! I was always intimidated by CrossFit (and, frankly, CrossFit people) but Kyle and Alima make it feel like a small neighborhood gym. They go out of their way to coach you by making sure you do the movements correctly and don’t injure yourself doing something.

Best crossfit gym in town. The coaches, the gym, the members….I can’t say enough about it. I have been a member at CFR for almost 4 years now. In those 4 years, the workouts have constantly varied. The curriculum is so well thought-out. 4 years in and I still get excited to see what tomorrow’s WOD will be.
