Why We’re Different
Rebellion Fitness is unlike any other small-group gym in the Birmingham, Alabama area. A strong sense of community is present the moment you step in the door, and most of our members have been with us for 5+ years. People join Rebellion Fitness to achieve fitness goals and stay for the friendships and camaraderie.
To achieve those fitness goals, we offer more than just Crossfit training and a cookie-cutter WOD. Programs include Rebellion Strength, Rebellion Bootcamp, personal training, and nutrition counseling. Class sizes are kept small to provide as much of an individualized workout as possible, and we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are a trained athlete or new to working out, your experience is tailored to your ability. Rebellion Fitness coaches have over 26 years of combined experience and are ready to help you ease into your fitness journey, guiding you every step of the way.

Our membership will not exceed 125 members in order to deliver the prescriptive health and fitness service to each of our members.

We will operate with integrity and excellence to enusre that our message and mission is clear, and to ensrue that our members reach the common goals that we share.
