The March cooking class was so much fun! I am so mad at myself for forgetting to take pictures! But here are the recipes if you would like to try them!

Spaghetti Squash with Meat Marinara

1 medium size spaghetti squash

EVOO (I thought everyone knew what this abbreviation meant,  but I found out at the cooking class that I should never assume). So for any of you who don’t know it’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 🙂

Salt & pepper

1 large onion, chopped

1 lb of ground turkey or beef or pork or whatever meat you like

1 Tbsp garlic, minced

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

Fresh basil for garnish

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut squash in half, length-wise. Scoop out seeds and drizzle with EVOO and salt & pepper. Place cut side down on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 40-60 minutes or until fork tender.

Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp EVOO in a large saut
