What is a WOD?
WOD stands for “work out of the day”. The training team at Rebellion Fitness creates unique daily workouts that are tailored to the unique user, yet completed in a group setting. Each day is different around here. Each day is challenging, yet rewarding.
Warm Up Time
Each class starts with a short warm up, specific to that day’s workout, in order to get your muscles prepped and ready for the next 40 minutes. Warm ups start with dynamic movements and often include jogging.
Breakout Sessions
After the short warm up time we move into a brief instruction period. Trainers will move through group correcting and improving body movement, equipment use, make adjustments per person custom to your skill level. Lastly, we workout as a group. It is fun! We are supportive and encouraging of one another. The only one you’re in competition with is yourself!
Open Gym Time
Each Saturday we allow for Open Gym Time. This is as simple as it sounds. Members like to come in on the weekend and work through a previous workout they may not have finished, push through an individual plan, or just utilize the space and equipment on their own.
