At Rebellion Fitness, our mission is to educate our members and the broader community on the best practices for movement, nutrition, and overall health. We are committed to conducting ourselves with integrity and excellence, ensuring our message and mission are effectively communicated and that our members achieve the shared goals we strive for together.

Why We’re Different

Rebellion Fitness stands apart from any other small-group gym in Birmingham, Alabama. The moment you walk through our doors, you feel a vibrant sense of community, and many of our members have been with us for over five years. Individuals join Rebellion Fitness to pursue their fitness goals, but they stay for lasting friendships and camaraderie. We offer a unique workout environment with a limited number of spots, ensuring that our membership will not exceed 125 members. This allows us to provide tailored health and fitness services to each individual.

To achieve your fitness aspirations, we offer far more than just standard CrossFit training or a generic WOD. Our programs encompass Rebellion Strength, personalized training, and nutrition counseling. We maintain small class sizes to ensure a highly individualized workout experience, avoiding a one-size-fits-all method. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, your program will be customized to suit your capabilities. With over 26 years of combined experience, our Rebellion Fitness coaches are here to support you every step of the way, making your transition into fitness as smooth as possible.

Rebellion Fitness is much more than a gym, it's a community and a family that has common goals of fitness and health in mind. All of the coaches are great at offering advice and attention to detail to people of all skill levels. The best thing has been the ability to adapt during the pandemic in offering home workouts to keep members safe until we were capable of returning. Great people all around.

Best gym I have ever been a part of by far! I have been a member since testing out the gym in April of 2018. I was new to CrossFit when I tried out the gym and I was given one on one instruction on the movements to ensure that I knew how to complete the workout effectively and safely. I quickly realized that I hadn't just joined a gym, but a community. All of the coaches are so great at instructing the movements or suggesting ways to scale or modify as needed. They went above and beyond this year when they made the difficult decision to close their doors before the mandatory shut down and switched to virtual workouts to keep us moving and fit at home until it was safe to return to the gym! Highly recommend it!!!

I've been a member at CrossFit Rebellion for over size years. After tying several CrossFit gyms, Rebellion is absolutely the best in Birmingham.
