Rebellion Fitness is unlike any other small-group gym in the Birmingham, Alabama area. A strong sense of community is present the moment you step in the door, and most of our members have been with us for 5+ years. People join Rebellion Fitness to achieve fitness goals and stay for the friendships and camaraderie.
To achieve those fitness goals, we offer more than just Crossfit training and a cookie-cutter WOD. Programs include Rebellion Strength, Rebellion Bootcamp, personal training, and nutrition counseling. Class sizes are kept small to provide as much of an individualized workout as possible, and we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are a trained athlete or new to working out, your experience is tailored to your ability. Rebellion Fitness coaches have over 26 years of combined experience and are ready to help you ease into your fitness journey, guiding you every step of the way.

We provide an exclusive workout environment, with a limited number of spots. Our membership will not exceed 125 members in order to deliver the prescriptive health and fitness service to each of our members.
To achieve those fitness goals, we offer more than just Crossfit training and a cookie-cutter WOD. Programs include Rebellion Strength, Rebellion Bootcamp, personal training, and nutrition counseling. Class sizes are kept small to provide as much of an individualized workout as possible, and we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Rebellion Fitness is much more than a gym, it’s a community and a family that has common goals of fitness and health in mind. All of the coaches are great at offering advice and attention to detail to people of a skill levels. The best thing has been the ability to adapt during the pandemic in offering home workouts to keep members safe until we were capable of returning. Great people all around.

Best gym I have ever been a part of by far! I have been a member since testing out the gym in April of 2018. I was new to CrossFit when I tried out the gym and I was given one on one instruction on the movements to ensure that I knew how to complete the workout effectively and safely.
I quickly realized that I hadn’t just joined a gym, but a community. All of the coaches are so great at instructing the movements or suggesting ways to scale or modify as needed. They went above and beyond this year when they made the difficult decision to close their doors before the mandatory shut down and switched to virtual workouts to keep us moving and fit at home until it was safe to return to the gym!
