    CrossFit offers a fitness program that is intentionally broad, versatile, and inclusive, designed to benefit individuals of all fitness levels.

  • I’m a CrossFitter visiting Birmingham and would like to drop in. Is that possible, and what is the cost?

    We are not accepting drop-ins currently, we apolgize for any inconvenience.

  • I’m concerned that CrossFit might aggravate my back or neck pain from previous injuries, so I’m unsure if it’s suitable for me.

    Many of our clients have joined us with previous injuries or discomfort and found relief by strengthening the muscles around the affected area.

  • Is it possible to get an effective workout in under 30 minutes?

    Absolutely, we strongly believe in this approach.

  • Do I need to get in shape before starting?

Not every gym has an owner who is readily available to welcome each prospective member, but Rebellion Fitness stands out in this regard. Owner Kyle is enthusiastic about answering your questions, conducting fitness assessments, and engaging in discussions about health and fitness goals to help determine if Rebellion Fitness is the right fit for you. We believe that establishing a solid foundation is crucial for growth and improvement. Kyle will introduce you to essential movements and exercises that are featured in every class, and he will assist in creating a fitness assessment profile that will be shared with all of our coaches, allowing them to better support you during classes. What to expect when you first sign up for a session with Rebellion Fitness

What is a WOD?

WOD stands for "workout of the day." The training team at Rebellion Fitness crafts distinctive daily workouts that are customized for each individual, all within a supportive group environment. Every day brings something new here, presenting challenges that are both demanding and fulfilling.

Warm Up Time

Every class begins with a brief warm-up tailored to the day's workout, designed to prepare your muscles for the upcoming 40 minutes. These warm-ups typically start with dynamic exercises and frequently incorporate jogging.

Breakout Session

After a brief warm-up, we move into a quick instructional period. Trainers will circulate, providing personalized guidance to enhance movements and optimize equipment based on individual skill levels. Finally, we unite for a group workout, uplifting and motivating one another in a supportive atmosphere. Remember, you’re only competing against yourself!

Open Gym Time

Every Saturday, we host Open Gym Time, which is exactly what it sounds like. Members enjoy coming in over the weekend to complete a workout they may not have finished, tackle a personal training plan, or simply make use of our space and equipment independently.
