What to expect when you first sign up for a session with Rebellion Fitness

Instructor Lead Warm-Up

Each class begins with a group warm-up and instruction period. During this time, your coaches will teach and review the movements that will be utilized during the class. Additionally, we will scale and modify the workout to fit your current fitness level.

Group Workout

Once we complete the warm up and we have scaled, modified and customized the workout for all participants, the workout will begin. During the group workout our coaches will observe, critique, cue and correct your movement patterns to ensure proper form and technique. This approach will ensure that you have a safe and effective workout.

Skills and Mobility Work

After the workout concludes, cool down with some specifically assigned skills and mobility drills. Your coach will guide you through this period. These skills and mobility drills will help you acquire new abilities and improve your movement patterns. This period is part of every class at Rebellion and sets us apart from other gyms.
